Established in 2009Since 2009 I have been involved in the startup space in Australia, starting with MoneyBackCo.com in 2009 which later became StartHere.com.au and PricePal.com.au. That business was sold in a trade sale in 2017 and I began my journey in Qualie.com in 2016.

Our GoalIt is my hope to encourage and support young and older tech entrepreneurs realise their dreams and become a successful startup founder. I am also interested in making Queensland's Gold Coast a technology centre here in Australia.

Steve Ford
Founding Director
With over 20 years experience in Software Engineering from telecommunications, through finance, mining and now web, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge of solid software engineering principles.
Steve, single-handedly, founded and developed the web platform behind PricePal and Folo and so has a wealth of experience with SaaS. More recently, Steve is co-founder and CTO at Qualie, the World's first hybrid qual/quant market research platform.
Specialties: Software Engineering, C++, Protocols, Real-time development, CORBA, Trading Systems, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, JavaScript, React/Redux, Java, Web Application Development.
